chern -- compute the Chern classes of a quasitoric manifold

chern(M)
Inputs:
- M, a quasitoric manifold,
Outputs:
- a list,

Description

Compute the Chern classes of a quasitoric manifold. The output is a list of elements in the cohomology ring of M.
