HREF -- hypertext link

Usage:

HREF{u,p}

HREF{u}
Inputs:
- u, a url
- p, a phrase
Outputs:
- an instance of the type HREF,

Description

HREF{u,p} encloses the phrase p in a hypertext HREF link pointing to the URL u. If p is omitted, then u is used as the phrase and as the URL.
