ER(PolynomialRing,ZZ,RR) -- Erdos-Renyi type distribution on monomials over (R,D,p)

Function: ER
Usage:

ER(PolynomialRing,ZZ,RR)
Inputs:
- R, a polynomial ring, the ring in which monomials are chosen from
- D, an integer, maximum degree
- p, a real number, the probability of selecting a monomial
Outputs:
- an instance of the type Model, Erdos-Renyi type model

Description

Creates an ER-type model for sampling monomials of degree at most $D$ from the ring $R$ independently with probability $p$.

i1 : D=4; p=0.1;

i3 : myModel = ER(ZZ/101[a..d],D,p)
