isEmpty(RRi) -- empty test for an interval

Function: isEmpty
Usage:

x = isEmpty(I)
Inputs:
- I, a real interval,
Outputs:
- x, a Boolean value,

Description

Returns true if the input interval is empty, i.e., the left endpoint is to the right of the right endpoint.
