MaxDegree -- optional argument for hilbertFunct

Description

Used to set the highest degree through which hilbertFunct should compute the Hilbert function.

Functions with optional argument named MaxDegree:

hilbertFunct(...,MaxDegree=>...) -- bound degree through which Hilbert function is computed
