Ways to use svgPicture:

• svgPicture(Picture) -- create an SVG picture from a Picture object
• svgPicture(Picture,String) -- create an SVG picture from a Picture object and store it in a file
• svgPicture(Picture,ZZ,ZZ) -- create an SVG picture from a Picture object
• svgPicture(Picture,ZZ,ZZ,String) -- create an SVG picture from a Picture object and store it in a file
