Modulus -- an option for regularInCodimension

This option is used to tell the function to do the computation modulo a prime p.

Functions with optional argument named Modulus:

• regularInCodimension(...,Modulus=>...) -- see regularInCodimension -- attempts to show that the ring is regular in codimension n
